I have been on medication for Neuropathic pain for the past 6 years, I was originally on Pregablin, but now on Gebapantin which for me is much better than pregablin, I believe the pregablin is the cheap drug.
Gabapentin works as a slow release medication, and I find 4 0r 5 x a day keeps the pain at bay. However, it can effect your breathing, and my weight shot up. Your dosage appears very low, perhaps you should ask if you can increase it, as your still in pain, and thats not acceptable.
I too have used a tens machine, but it didnt seem to help me.
Pain on a daily basis is so debilitating, and its a lonely world we live in as no one really understands, even though they try. I hope you can find a combination of medication that suits you. I wish you well Brian.
