    Hi there,

I had that vertigo type feeling before too.  It started to occur after a short day cruz and lasted a couple months or so. Doctor said it was inner ear. I guess it can be from the vagus nerve also but not sure how there is a connection etc.

I also had the sharp & aching feeling in breast/armpit/left chest pain different from the usual PMS type of tenderness and sometimes it was stabbing sharp pain with radiating referred pain down arm.  Had that for months.  Soon found out later that I had an ovarian cyst that had been there for awhile according to ultrasound results/study. I think that somehow caused that pain as the cyst can cause hormonal dysfunctions & therefore affect breasts sort of as in a pregnancy would. I had other weird signs & off & on back & abdominal pressure & pain, and neurological symptoms in groin & legs too.  Now I think my cyst is gone as signs & symptoms are all gone I have no more extreme bloating or that unusual breast area pain either.

It's confusing with chest pain & dizziness or vertigo.  You wonder if its your heart and it could be.
