Left side of vagina in pain with bump

It is currently Jan 9 1pm I had sex Jan 8th around 12am with my boyfriend everything was fine until around 3am i had very painful cramps I then went to the bathroom and began peeing and saw blood (only when i wiped) the blood Only lasted for a day if that, on Jan 8th around 10am that's when I began to notice the left side of my vagina having a very sharp pain I then tried to see maybe did I cut myself while shaving ? But i couldn't find any evidence of it..!)fell asleep around 12pm and woke up at 8pm no pain..Went to work stood for around 8 hours didn't notice any pain..Got home and worked out and then went to lay down Jan 9th at 11am and began to feel the sharp pain ..Tried to see in my vagina what was wrong which caused me to find this..This is located on the lower part of my vagina when i spread open my lips, Not sure if its a cyst I have no idea what it is as i've never felt this before..not sure if this is considered big in size..I took a warm bath and shower and began to feel relief but it still lingers if i'm laying in a certain position and I know the bump is there, Please help thank you. !I also do notice yeast in these pictures but I have not had any itching just the sharp pain in the left side of my vagina
