Has anyone had pain or just odd feeling on left side . Mine moves around and sometimes is on my back but still left side. Sometimes feels like muscles other times no. I always worry that it's an organ or something serious but this has been going on for over a year .

Mine feels like mild cramps. Comes and goes but mostly goes. Everything was ok though. Crazy body changes.

How far down like from your armpit? If it's moving around to your back could be your kidney. Have you had a urinalysis done lately? Could also be as simple as gas.

My one is on.my right, under rip cage. Like a muscle tightening time to time or like a cramp/spasm. .it goes to.my back too. Very odd and scary in deed!

Try not to worry - I've had pain on my right side around rib cage and back on and off for about 4yrs - I've been to three different Drs about 8 times over this - had scans/bloods - they all say it's muscular and to take painkillers which they've prescribed - they also think I'm imagining it!  I have it now - I try and keep my diet as alkaline as poss and it eases and goes away but it eventually comes back. So I'm not worried about it as there's nothing more I can do! So I hope this helps - by all means go and chat to your doctor and see what they say - good luck.

Yes, exactly, all of these foods cause gas😉 believe it or not broccoli was my main culprit.

Still get checked by the Dr. When I showed them where I was having the spasms, tightening, under my rib cage they sent me for gallbladder, kidney and intestinal scans. This is how they found the cyst in my left kidney that they're monitoring. Found nothing related to the spasms though so we chalked it up to gas.

More specifically avoiding high sodium foods, processed grains, too much meat and animal protein, added sugars.  Have more fresh veg and fruits and foods that help balance the ph levels of the fluids in your body - blood/urine. Have a look via Google

Try a physical therapist. I've had the same sort of mystery pain over the past year and going for regularly therapy has really worked for me.

Yes, either I guess. I've been to both a regular PT and a visceral PT and I've seen a lot of improvement with both muscular pains and some ongoing stomach issues I've had.

I have that too now, only it's on my right side next to my shoulder blade. I worried it might be my heart, but it only hurts when I laugh and it feels like a tight muscle or something or a like a "crick". TMI, I think mine may have happened during sex, he lives out of town and we don't get to do that very often. No crazy moves or anything, but when your'e 57 and 61 any sex move is a crazy move! smile

Mine is also on  the left side too  under the ribs and goes to my left side back of the shoulder. It comes and goes but it makes me feel tired with a lot of questions which make me anxious. I have had it for fast 3 years but this year is more intense than before. I have undergone blood, urine tests and MRI scan but all came back normal. The dotor said it could be an inflamed nerve after fibroid removal op and prescribed pain killers and muscles relaxers which I take when the tight muscles feeling crops in.  Hoping this isn't something serious  that has not been discovered.  Hang in there, this peri journey seems to have so many things that come along with it.

    Hugs xx
