left sided dull ache along with lower back pain?! pls help!!

Hi,

It all started with a hallow dull ache on the lower left side of my hip it was such a strange feeling as if something heavy was sitting their. But in the last week this ache has gone lower down to my pelvic area but only on the left side?! its not going away it feeling a heavy full feeling. I have had no troubles with going to the toilet....but the heavy ache is not subsiding. So it is in my lower left pelvic and hip area..I also get very strong sudden sharp pains from my pelvic area all along my stomach. I am going insane!!! Google is telling me the worst answers. Can someone pls help i just feel so stuck and upset it could be something very serious 😕

    it mabe something related to the bowel or intestines if has been effecting the stomach u should do to a doctors so they can do further testing lots of things can cause pain in the areas its very hard to diagnose someone with just a brief description u need an examination and blood tests and possibly ultrasounds and scans

      Hi thank you so much for replying. I had my ultrasound last week due to get my results soon. I'm just panicking that it could be something serious 😕 and wanted to see if anyone else had suffered with same symptoms

    Sciatica seems to fit what you describe to me. It can start in your hips and radiate to your pelvic area. A lot of people have it and there are many different treatment options for it. Don't go crazy here. You don't have appendecitis or anything, though I would still go to the doctor to check it out and he'll send you to a specialist. You're lucky it's nothing urological as I deal with that and have had surgery for it and experience chronic pain from it. That's really good news out of everything you're dealing with.

      thank you for replying! I know someone with sciatica and i dont seem to have any of the same issues as them. Im really sorry to hear you're having those problems. Did you get a formal diagnosis?

    Hello, I am new , just saw your post!

    I had that , pressure in vagina /rectum and pain in buttock left side , burning pain and heaviness , like something was there. after 4 month of pain and limping it was gone but my gluteus muscle got smaller on that side. its a cramp , muscle spasm. only heat was a bit helpful. sorry for your pain. Are you better now?
