left sided shoulder pain and left sided throat pain/throat gurgling

Hi, I am 25 years old and I have had chronic left sided shoulder/back/chest pain as well as the feeling of a lump in my throat on the left side for about a year now. I have also recently developed intermittent sharp pain in the back left side of my throat. My throat also gurgles all the time. I do not know if I am having esophageal spasms from constant GERD or what. I have had many tests that have all been normal including scans. Has anyone else had symptoms similar to this?
