Left Testical pain. Lower Stomach pain and side.

Hi to all. After similar pains and discomforts. Going to all kind of urologists and other so called specialist. I do not want to mention money i will get sick again. I went to Serbia and one doctor touched my stomach and said all my issues are from hernia . I had operation 2 day after diagnosed and 30 day after i was running. Thank God 2 years after I’m pain free.

I'm writing this because i saw that at my work my 3 coworker's had similar issues and doctors was sending them on all kind of unnecessary and expensive procedures and eventually they all had hernia surgery that resolved their issues.

For young person and fairly healthy i believe that 99 percent of issues are hernia. If you have large meal, you will notice this pain intensify. That is because you stomach mussels has opened and guts want to go out pulling all the nerves and veins connected with testicle. I would suggest to go and see Old experienced surgeon and he can determine your issue in minutes. In a meanwhile. Buy elastic belt from internet ( 6-7”) with round bump and place it over stomach. If pain subside based on my case that mean you probable have hernia issue. I’m not a doctor, I’m only shearing my experience, because I was also ready to go on all kind of surgeries that will not resolve my issue. I wished someone shared this with me earlier. All the exact same symptoms, but another as well my inguinal ligament is sore to touch not poke just touch!?

Starting to hurt to bend over to my left side as well and getting small amount of clear dis charge most mornings. Currently on Cipro for chronic prostratitus but not really helping. Also a pain relief at bed time ( an old anti depressant ) and a nerve tablet after first meal of the day.

None of them are working, no bulge to suggest hernia but i am thinking about it could be that.

hi, i too had the same problem in 2003.

i went to many Dr. but no cure. finally i met one dr. he gave 5 kind of tablets. one for bacterial infection, one for warm infection, one for inflammation, one for muscle pain and spasam, and one for digestionproblem.

for5 days.

all problem solved and i releived from major stress. last 20 years i did not experience that problem again.

but again this problem came now in (2020)

have to see dr. now lock down so waiting. it just normal problem. dr said. better go to gastro.

Three surgeries. still cant bend over or sit without left groin pain abdominal pain bloating and distention which radiates across lower abdomen. Surgeries make things much worse until I heal from the surgery itself.

My Dr's are losing any hope we are going to find it. I'm having kidney ultrasound and blood panel to rule out a stone. The guest with the narrowing of the tube between the left kidney and bladder as a possibility is interesting. How can something so painful and debilitating be so difficult to properly diagnose? I've had left testicle removed, spermatic cord ablation surgery, left inguinal canal hernia repair and most recently left groin hernia repair where they also removed scar tissue from the ablation procedure.

I immediately sent my primary care physician a link to THIS website. I'm desperate. I've lost 30lbs and because of the bloating eating difficult. Any help or words of encouragement highly encouraged!!

...right there with you. We KNOW its NOT a hernia or something within left inguinal canal. Could be something pressing on that area or that area presses on something when we bend over or sit. Like kidney stone, tube narrowing, maybe a cyst that's not aggravated until we bend or sit. I know one thing I'm too young to just give up.

I am 27 years old, healthy young man with chronic testicular pain. I started accusing this pain back in 2017, but it was random pain. I have been diagnosed a grade 2 varicocele (left side) at the beginning of 2019.

The pain and discomfort were always intermittent during the day, especially when standing for long period of time or walking for long distances. I had my first embolization with spiral coils on the left gonadal vein, this didnt work and make the symptoms worst, that happened in may 2019.

In February 2020 I decided to see a private urologist in London who was able to support me more than anyone else. He confirmed that the left varicocele was still present (Grade II) , he also accepted to perform the Laparoscopic varicocelectomy and removing the spiral coils with the gonadal vein. This surgery was carried in March 2020, the coils were removed and the gonadal vein was removed too. He also discovered that these coils have created adhesions with the lower bowel so he had to perform adhesiolysis before removing the spiral coils. After surgery, I felt so much better and I forgot the sensation of having these coils in my body. I had a good month of recover, taking codeine for few days and then ibuprofen when required.

At the present, I am still experiencing pain on the left testicle and the left pelvis. Honestly, I am truly exhausted. Even if the pain is not comparable to what it used to be, it is still present, especially during physical activity (mainly cycling, jogging, lifting weights). I feel loads of tension in the back of the testicle, but also in the lower abdomen, beside the iliac crest. I can definitely feel a tight spot in there, and if I press in there, its like rock solid like (Adhesions post surgery maybe?) My GP referred me again to urology department at Freeman Hospital in Newcastle Upon Tyne, but it will take long time (14 weeks) before an appointment due to the covid19 pandemic. I am trying to stress him a bit so he can speed up for me.

I have just been to hospital yesterday because of radiating pain in the lower abdomen, I have been prescribed Doxycycline (2 weeks, 100 mg x2 a day) and Nortryptiline for the chronic pain (10 mg every evening)

I am totally frustrated about this situation, This is affecting not only my physical health but also my mental health. I don't know what to do, I really hope I can get, at least, an ultrasound scan/ct scan and see what is wrong with me.

I am having the same exact symptoms you are I've been to multiple doctors been told everything from diverticulitis she kidney stones to i b s im having back pain and presser pain in my lower left stomach pain just under my left ribcage stomach spasms hart palpitations headaches pIn in my left testicle that isn't also in my left public bone and down the left inside of my leg dycolomine helps aniboti cs help temporarily this has been going on for over a year now the dull constant pain is enough to drive me nuts if anyone can help PLEASE do bc iv been to 6 or 7 drs non did tests but all have an opinion 4 have said stones

I see that you said that you don't have it in the morning I have the exact opposite mornings are horrible it takes me an hour to get up it seems to get better as I get active it's also worse when I lie down

It seems we are suffering from a similar pain, more acute on the left testicle, once in a while visiting the right testicle, then the lower left abdomen. the pain does not respond to pain killers, not even steroids, the ultrasound of the abdomen and renal system is nice and clear, CT scan also clear. of course one starts suspecting the cancers, hernia ruled out by physicians and Urologists. Am going in for a Gastro check as the pain gets elevated when having diarrhea.

Upon doing some research, Varicoceles symptoms seems consistent with what i am going through. If anyone has found something that works, please help
