Hi All.

I am very pleased to have found this site to see other people are having simular symptoms as myself. Also I will add that whilst I fell very down its very clear that there are many on here that are in a worse place than myself.

about 4 months ago a dull pain developed in my left testical on the left hand side of it. Doctor gave me cipro thinking Prostatis. it did not work.Uroligist gave me cipro and Doxicycline with Naproxen. they have not worked. back to the Doctor and he has given me a course of doxicycline for another 2 weeks. they are not working. had an Ultrasound and all clear. Had blood tests and urine tests and they are all clear. in now experiancing pains in my stomach and my side. feels like a stich sometimes in the side. this can also spread to the kidney area to. i am taking Gabapentin to. just wondering if anyone has had simular and found a cure. is it an infection? is it a damaged nerve? kind thanks.

I'm having a lot of the same issues. I've been having pain throughout my entire body for the last 5 years. Just happened one day. Started having a pain I'm my right leg. I've been to so many doctors with and gotten no help. They all say fibromyalgia but they are all just guessing. Every doctor I see refuses to run any tests. They simply prescribe something and go on to their next patient. A few weeks ago I started having a pain I'm my right testicle. I also noticed a lump on my left testicle. Shortly after my lower back began hurting. And now it's the back, hip, right testicle and lower abdomen. I saw a urologist who did an examination and said the lump was a cyst and I had an infection in the right testicle. No ultrasound or blood work or anything. He prescribed an antibiotic for one week and scheduled a follow-up for 30 days later. I'm through the antibiotic and I'm in agony. I called the doctor and he said he could prescribe a stronger antibiotic. I'm trying to hold off the next few weeks until I go see him so hopefully he'll run some tests this time. It's extremely frustrating being in this much pain and being able to absolutely nothing about it. I really wish someone would help me. I don't know how much more I can take

Hello mate, I was suffering the exact same problem.

I went through hell to find the cure.

I covered all areas. Finally (a random one) I saw a chiropractor. Never had back problems but he suggested it was due to lower back problems. Everything is connected and I went for 4/5 sessions. Never had a problem since. A twinge here and there but all good now.

      All the best.

    Hello everyone!

I remember I talked about my pain to you all a year and a half ago and i can say this: I am completely free of any pain!

I woke up in the middle of August, 2018 to no pain...thought it was a fluke, so i waited a day, then the next, then the week and the other week - and the pain never came back.

I don't know how this came to be, but it just happened.

I hope you all are better, if not completely devoid of your issues!

    Goodbye for now, Soapdj.

my testical pain hasnt been bad lately. i think i broker my penis during sex and developed some scar tissue in or around the urethra. so from time to time i think epidemititus flares up. THE MAJOR pain is the my penis skin rolls over my glands ( im circumcised ). This extremely uncomfortable and i have to pull on my glands un turtle my penis to normal. i dont know if i lost some penis length - they say it happens with peronies/ scar tissue. only thing that helps is laying down and wearing loose boxers and pants. Anything tight makes turtling worse. about 3 years since my injury.

    Hi,

I have a very similar problem.

    Symptoms:

Pain and discomfort in my left testicle

Left testicle always rises up in conjunction with the onset of pain

    Left abdomen discomfort

    Sometimes lower left back pain

    Heavy feeling in left testicle

All test results show no infection.

Urologist have not been able to identify the problem.

I was recently advised that I had a small inguinal hernia and was advised that that was the likely cause of my discomfort. I underwent surgery to repair the hernia hoping that it would fix my problem. Sadly 7 weeks after the surgery the same symptoms returned. I was shattered with the return of the problem.

    Still searching for answers.

    Thanks

    Rob

      Robie,

Go see a chiropractor - I had ultrasounds, saw urologists, was on antibiotics, saw pyhsios, nothing worked and nothing was ever detected. As a last resort i saw a chiropractor and after my second appointment a new bed and a new mattress, I've never had the aches since. it was a problem with my back causing the aches.

      hope this helps

i don't know where you're from but in the UK it cost around 40 pounds for a session. it was an odd one but by that point i was willing to try anything. but as the chiropractor said everything is connected to the back so you may be experiencing testicular pain but its connected to an issue with whatever point its connected to on the spine. luckily he was right.

      best of luck.

    HERE IS THE ANSWER

I had same problem for last 3 years "PAIN IN LEFT TESTICLE, PAIN IN LEFT UPPER LEG, PAIN IN LEFT SIDE LOWER STOMACH, PRESSURE IN BLADDER. And this pain migrates one place to other place upper mentioned, if no pain then there was pressure in bladder. every morning i was feeling good but after few hours this pain comes from nowhere. doctors could not find anything.

THIS is not a IBS problem.

Main reason of this is: wearing tight pants/lowers/underwear. Three months ago i was wearing medium size, but now i wear XXL and nothing at bed time and from same day i started exercising everyday, 20 minutes running, 20 minutes on jogger, 20 minutes cycling and problem was gone from first day.

Now when i wear tight underwear same problem comes back.

i have lot of stomach fat, by wearing tight pants/underwear nerves was pressed i believe.

    now i hate elastic.

WEARING TIGHT PANTS/UNDERWEAR AND FAT ON STOMACH ARE THE MAIN REASONS OF THIS PROBLEM.

WEARING LOOSEN PANTS, NOT WEARING ELASTIC UNDERWEAR AND EXERCISE EVERYDAY WORKED FOR ME, NOW I AM LIVING A QUALITY LIFE##

sounds like a nightmare shane. They missed my torsion which lead to loss of the right side. one thing i dont get discomfort on that side anymore! Still get discomfort on the remaining side tho which no one seems to know why after 5 years of back and forth to hospitals and consultants with many many tests . I am currently taking loads of vitamins and probiotics which seem to be helping a lot for some reason. I dont seem to be able to do much more.
