hello about 3 days ago i noticed my left testicle was sitting higher than the right one, ive had mild discomfort from time to time, nothing to raise that much concern but i notice when i push on my abdomen it lowers back down, and when i take my hand off my abdomen it goes back up. i strained my abdominal muscle about a week and a half ago, could to the two be related?

i have also been under a lot of stress lately and overthinking a lot of things, i read that this can play a part in it as well.
