Left testicle pain.

hi i am getting left testicle pain only when i walk or move the area. does anyone know what this could be? the pain started 2 days ago and has not decreased.

i saw a csw 4 weeks ago, she gave me a hand job and used her saliva as lubricant.

is it possible that i caught something from that act?

i have no other symptoms other then the pain. possivle frequent urination but i think its more the anxiety which causing me to go to the bathroom more.

please let me know what this could be.
