Left testicle pain

Hi all. Well I’ll get to it. My left testicle seems less compact as my right. It’s as though the underneath isn’t all together, if that makes any sense. It doesn’t hurt for no reason. But it is ultra sensitive to touch. That’s the underneath side. When it does get touched, the pain can be excruciating. It hurts up into my stomach. Just like getting hit really hard. This has gone on for years. Probably close to 10.  Honestly, I do not know when it first started. I’ve gone to a specialist, and he could not figure out what was wrong. I’ve had an ultra sound on it, and there is nothing wrong. I’ve never had it diagnosed. All I know is, it has been a thorn in my side for a long time.  I’ve read all over the Internet, and nothing seems to really fit what my pain is. Like I said, it doesn’t just hurt for no reason. It hurts when it’s barely touched. And that’s the underneath of it, which does not feel like my right testicle. 

Any ideas?
