Left Testicle pain and inner thigh / leg pain

Hello , so on 2018 my left testicle suddenly started to swell and after visiting the GP i was told to do an ultra sound scanning , few days later i was told that it was a tiny cyst and was given some antibiotic for it , which got rid of the cyst. Few weeks later the pain came back on my left testicle , the pain comes and goes when seated, standing up or laying down and it hurts on top my left testicle but this time it also affected my inner thigh area . i went to see the same doctor and was told to do another ultra sound scanning and found nothing which had me more concerned as to why it hurts , so my GP referred me to an urologist and he had a look at my ultra sound scanning results and examined my left and right testicle and told there was nothing wrong but gave me some anti inflammatory drugs. (at one point i thought masturbation caused the pain but sometimes when i masturbate the pain on my left testicle goes away)

i was doing fine until last week i went for a run and while drinking a pepsi that pain came out of nowhere, also it feels more tender and the next day went to see a GP and prescribed me nurofen for 2 weeks and did a urine test (waiting for results) but the pain is still the same. at this point i am confused as to why this is happening again since there is no sign of enlarged veins or anything unusual in my left testicle(according to my GP) . please help. cheers
