Left upper quadrant pain

I wanna say Ive been without a gallbladder for about 4 years and Ive been having upper left quadrant pain for the last couple of days maybe almost a week I was constipated pooping out maybe almost black teary stools/pebbles and then now I took a laxative after going to the ER and her telling me im just anemic and I might have gerd i am very worried about how I feel and how much my poop has changed I just want an opinion i have stuff floating in my toilet after using the bathroom I inserted a picture image
