Echo results - mild concentric left ventricular hypertrophy ,overall left ventricular systolic function is normal EF between 50-60 % , diastolic filling pattern indicates impaired relaxation, moderate aortic regurgitation.. will the require surgery?

I don't think so, but will need to watch with yearly echocardiogram, take the advice of your cardiologist, if you have doubts get a second opinion.
Other than that make sure you keep your weight in the normal range.
