**i'm 17 years old and I have left ventricle overload and I think it's getting worst. I have chest pain, difficulty breathing, dizziness and tightness in chess. I don't know what to do because even when i'm resting I that my heart is feeling those symptoms. I'm also takimg 25 mg of captopril and I don't feel any difference.

you obviously need to see your GP who will probably send you to the Cardiologist.
