eleftherio33095 is quite right in suggesting you see a neurologist to get checked out.
Based solely on my own experience, I would also suggest asking your GP for a B12 blood test. It's worth checking the symptoms of B12 and magnesium defficiency from reputable online sources to see how many apply to your own case. If your dizziness is worse when you recline or lie down, it's also worth looking up the effect of acid reflux or GORD (GERD) which can go hand in hand with low B12 and magnesium because your body isn't absorbing what it needs.

I was low on b12 but am taking and it now in high normal level on the blood test. Also nagnisium is in high normal and I take 400mgs a day of it. My dizziness usually stops after I lay down. It's mostly when I walk around I feel off balance at times, when I sit I feel like I'm rocking it swaying, and when I bend over to much like vacuuming. It also gets much worse when I'm stressed or anxious.
