Yes, yes, and yes.  I know exactly what you are describing.  Tingling in your legs, and the legs feel very heavy.  Light headed, sometimes.  Isn't this a whole lot of fun?  LOL

My legs are always tingling and I get tics and twitches. I am seeing a neurologist for this. How long have u been experiencing this ?

      Hi

I have also experience this for about two months. Finally saw a neurologist he said it was hormone in balance. He gave me valium it worked. But I couldn't handle the side effects drowsiness. The symptoms finally stopped by themselves.

      Good luck

Heavy muscles, twitching like crazy, tingling, buzzing...i have it all.  Everyone does not think it is serious, but its driving me crazy.  I posted on here under Twitching and a lot of gals suggested magnesium, which i started and has helped some so that is a bit of a relief.  now if I could just get my head clear it would be great. thanks for posting though because it is nice to know that we are not alone in all of these weird symptoms!
