Legs shaking/trembling and feeling off balance after driving

Hi

I have Meniers for last 2 years ..

My issue is apart from normal imbalance, I feel very much off balance after driving short distance. It happens even when I am not driver, but travelling as a passenger in car .

After getting down from car, I feel my feet is not stable and a have a shivering sensation and I feel very much off balance.

Anyone have the same experience here ?
