Lenght of Starving Out Cancer

Good day

My question is how long it takes to starve out small lymphoma cancer, witch is merely 5 to 15 g in mass in area of armpits. By starving out i mean absolute absence of food intake except water, since cancer is bio organism even if its parasitical nature and it of course depends on nutrient, that means due to prolonged starvation cancer will eventually die. But how long it takes approximate to starve out pretty small cancer ? does two weeks of starvation will be enough ?
