I had an Alcon Restor 2.5D installed in February. There is a review thread on this forum that you can search and read the all my comments. Read it and send me a PM if you have any more specific questions.
Thanks.

I have the JnJ Symfony EDoF on the left eye. I have good vision from 20 inches out. I would have liked near vision from 12-14 inches out. My biggest problem is the lens edge glare at night. This is very bothersome. I will be taking alphagan / pilocarpine drops to constrict the pupil to eliminate the glare. The concentric circles are not that big of a problem. I will get a monofocal set for distance in the other (dominant) eye when time comes.
Good luck!

I have 2 Symfony EDOF lenses implanted over a year ago. you can read through my thread if you want more specific details. i am pleased with these and can see from 11 inches to distance well. I see the concentric circles but adapted to them. night driving was hard first several months but more due to glare which was stronger in the early months vs now.

Has anyone used the Crystalens AO IOL or the Trulign Toric, both from Bausch & Lomb. I've heard they're good for Astigmatism and Presbyopia with have good int. and distance vision without the problems of a MF lenses.
