hello, I'm Italian, sorry for my English, I have a series of small pimples lesions and a white spot on the penis. What can it be, I feel burning.

    What you have circled in the third / final photo is simply natural growth - most of these are glands, PPP Pearly Penile Papules) or potentially, Fordyce Spots.

    It is what I see in the first 2 photos I am concerned about: when did you first see / notice this?

    What is the texture of the skin where you have the white spot / area of skin? Is it rough, or does it feel like the skin elsewhere on the head of your penis? Rough or smooth??

    it has been present for 20 days, it tends to exfoliate, and sometimes it is rough, other times it leaves white. I think either lichen or leukoplakia.

    finally it looks rough but if I clean it with a handkerchief, afterwards it looks flat.
