a yeast infection that started 3 days ago treated with econazole cream, and now these weird white spots appeared, the side effect of the cream mention contact eczema but don't know if that is it.

Thats just from the yeast infection. Dont worry, itll go away

can you wipe the white dots? If not, it might be a reaction to the treatment.
