Lesions, rash, lupus, autoimmune, melanoma or something else????

Hi there,

My son has been for over three years now with a range of symptoms, extreme nasuea, upper abdominal pain, heat intolerance, flushing, extreme fatigue and extremely weak legs. These symptoms have left him bed bound for the last three years. We're desperate to find out what's going on, and wondered if these lesions give any clues? A rhumatologist and a GP have seen the lesions, GP said it's probably related to whatever's causing his symptoms, rhumatologist said you'd expect to see it all over the body if it was related. Some of the lesions have white hairs growing out of them? Does anyone have any ideas????
