ok well theres 2 options for you:

1 - draw a line under it and get back on track

    or

2 - think of it as a treat u allow yourself once every say fortnight or month but perhaps just go off tablets for one meal, there will be times when its a birthday or a special occassion and this is meant to be a lifestyle change

    good luck

don't beat yourself up, trying to lose weight isn't a punishment remember it's something you want to do for yourself.

There are going to be times when you just can't get low fat options, factor it in for the week and avoid the tablet on that day.

The wine isn't to much of a problem as not a lot of fat in that just lots of calories so if you are counting calories as well as the fat content you need to factor that in.

I agree If you don't have a meal off/day off now and again you will never stick to it. Just try and be extra good after your meal/day off.x
