Good morning all

Just a message to anyone just starting venesections, please don't

Be disheartened if your levels fluctuate after each venesection, mike

Made me aware this would happen, and it has in my case I started out

Around a 100 for 2 then went down to 3 at 45 this week's only dropped

By 10 ,my philosophy it will take as long as it takes.

Cheers philx

Hi...yeah, it's funny how it fluctuates. Still, you'll get there in the end. Nice when it drops by a few hundred from time to time. Keep going....Mike.

Yep, at the beginning it will not drop a lot because your body is rushing to refill iron.  Honestly, I go in every 4-5 months to the vampires and I never know what my numbers going to be.  My doctor has my number around 50. He will only suck my blood if number is 50 or above.  If it goes below 50 I feel very tired and worn out.  So 50 is my happy place
