I've suffered with panic attacks and general anxiety fit over 25 years and it's like once I learn to deal with one symptom and think it's gone a new one arises, is horrible I wouldn't wish it in m any one. But i have been really reading alot of books lately that have started to make s huge difference. Since he'll alot and dune there are just a few things that work but I'm taking a littke bit from every book and I can start to see a difference. I am sending all the positive emotions your way!
