From my experience I dont recommend any medicines of any kind for anxiety. Medicines make your certain nerves inactive and prevent your brain from feeling fear temporarily. Anxiety comes from mind. So it can only be removed mentally - it cannot be removed physically. Train your mind instead of giving medicines for your body.

Try relaxation and meditation. Please be sure to follow simple methods .Try heartfulness for instance.Or any other method you feel comfortable with.

Hope to hear positive results from you soon.

I was on 10mg for 4 months and worked well, then i had a crash and went up on to 20mg last week. They are supposed to be very good and one of the newer drugs around.

    Is this your first AD?

20 is awfully high to start with. I started with 5 mg and have stayed at 5 since Oct 2015. I am doing well. I have a 20 mg pill that I cut into fourths.
