Lexapro 7 weeks in and wanting some input

Ive been on generic lexapro for 7 weeks first at 2.5mg for a week then 5mg for a week then 7.5 for a week and a half and finally at 10mg i started seeing positive results and feeling some better but the past week and a half ive noticed slightly increased anxiety and im tired again through out the day its not completely horrible and im assuming its cause ive only been on 10 a short period of time but i just wanted to know if this has happened to others.
