I take my lexepro after dinner about 6 or 7 P.M. Then take your kolonopin before bed. Kolonopin makes you sleepy, so before bed is best to take it. You can also take it in emergency cases when having a panic attack.

Ibruprofen or aleeve work for my headaches. If its a really bad headache I take 4 Ibruprofen, but i weigh 200 pounds. Tylenol doesnt touch my headaches. Dont worry the ibruprofen wont mess with your lexepro, if thats your concern. I have used motrin migraine and Excedrin Migraine before and again they wont screw with your lexepro. My headaches are usually from sinus pressure, allergies, or tension. And Ibruprofen usually works great except if i get a migraine. But anyway, you csn take pretty much any over the counter medication you like and not have to worry about it messing with the Lexepro. Okay, hope that helps

Very true, and not all medicines work for everyone. I am on 20 mgs of Lexepro. Never had a problem. I dont think its the Lexepro causing your symptoms though, it takes 2 weeks minimum to get in your system and start working. I think your anxiety is working overtime in anticipation of relief (if that makes sense). You have to give it medicine the proper time to work, 10mg is the usual starter dose, but after 3 days, i find it hard to believe its in your system fully. Its very likely that if you are using the kolonopin, it could be that. Kolonopin made me feel fuzzy and groggy and not myself, i finally had to switch to xanex as it worked cleaner for me without the hazzy, limp noodle side effects. Does this make sense to you? In 2 to 3 weeks when the lexepro starts to work, and if you still feel like crap then, then you can think about switching to another med. But now is too soon, and its probably the kolonopin messing with your head and body, not the lexepro.

switch the Kolonopin for xanex or adivan. No funny effects with those two benzamines. You will be fine as wine

Once the lexepro gets into your system and working you should not need the kolonopin, xanex, adivan, valium, or whatever you end up with, except in rare cases of emergencies. I had gone months without taking my xanex before this virus hit. Even while being fully medicated, I could not control my anxiety when the news broke and they locked us down. I was sure the world was coming to an end and i was going to catch the virus and die. I was listening to MSM and it was on constantly, and the outlook looked grim and i had a melt down full blown panic attack in which i needed my xanex to keep me calm and i also needed it as a sleep aid. It took me like two weeks to finally get my anxiety under control and stop taking the xanex for sleep. So having a benzodiazepine on hand for those times is a life saver. So dont give up the kolonopin at least keep it on hand, or switch it for xanex or adivan or valium. I have no experience with valium so i dont know of the side effects. But i like my Xanex and my wife likes her Adivan.
