Lexapro dose increased from 12.5mg to 20mg 4 wks ago - when will awful side effects end?

At 12.5 mg I was still struggling with severe physical anxiety so my doc told me to increase to 20 mg. I did so and within a day I had crushing fatigue, increased anxiety, nausea, sweating, headache, you name it! After about 2 weeks, I had a week of feeling pretty good and then, BAM! at 3 weeks things deteriorated again. I have just passed the 4 week mark and i wonder how long i might expect to be feeling so awful? Each day feels so looooonnnngggg....hard to stay positive. Encouraging words welcomed!
