Lexapro/Escitalopram - When upping your dose did the side effects return?

I've just upped the dose to 20mg from 10mg and I feel like I have started from the beginning again. 

Anyone have a similar experience?

    Hi. I just upped to 20 as well but I went from 15 and haven’t had much of an issue. Just some headaches but it’s only been a week. When I went from 5 to 10 I had an issue. I had to stay on 5 a little longer. Maybe talk to your Dr about going to 15 for a few weeks before jumping to 20. Wishing you calm and peace. It will subside.

      Did you notice being hungrier? I went from 10 to 15mg a week ago and feel like im starving all the time! Seems like i had that a little bit at 10 mg. not this bad though, i gained 4 lbs over the holidays and cant seem to lose it!

    Yes.. but hang in there. I went from 10. Mg to 20 mg .. I feel great now.. give it atleast a week or two
