Lexapro give me shaky, jittery, nauseous

It’s been 17 days since I upped my dose of lexapro dose from 15 to 20 mg. And my shakes and nauseous just won’t go away. When I was at 15mg I could at least get through day with no shakes. My Dr. upped because of increased depression. I’m so over feeling this way. I don’t want to change meds again. I’ve been on Prozac, Effexor,Zoloft,Paxil, Quanipril, Remeron which sent me to 4 days in psych unit at hospital in June of 17. Some nights my insomnia is so bad I get maybe 4 hrs of sleep too. Dr. gave me visceral to help me with sleep and morning anxiety. And even at 5mg taken at night my butt drags all day long . I wish this lexapro symptoms subside soon. I’m running out of hope. Oh and this uncontrollable crying (what the heck). I just want to be normal again.

I had the same thing and it takes a few weeks for everything to normalize. You are almost there! I ate ginger chews to help with the nausea. Are you taking your pill in the morning? Taking it at night might cause insomnia until you body normalizes. I was there too, a bunch of us were and I never thought I would feel better but you will, it just takes time. Hang in there!
