Hi (Sorry posted reply rather than new discussion)
Ive been prescribed 10mg Librium 3 timesa day. Took my first dose an hour ago but im sweaty, nauseous but worst is the Anxiety. Concerned also tonight i will have high heart rate (as detoxed before cold Turkey. Will Librium help with bringing down heart-rate and how long before it kicks in MyAnxiety is hellish!

Bottom line: get in touch with your prescriber because it does appear that you MAY have been prescribed too little. You should clarify this with your prescriber and then adjust the dose as they instruct you too.
