Lichen nitidus or?

I've been having weird pinhead sized bumps on my penis shaft, can minimally feel them, since 16 yo, before any sexual activity, and I was wondering if it really is this condition lichen nitidus? I went to get it checked out at an std clinic, but the nurse there said to me that it wasn't any std without telling me if it was lichen nitidus or not. I'm now 24 yo and they still are there and it freaks me out a little, I've linked two images one with the diagnosis of lichen nitidus, and one where you can see the bumps on my penis, and tell me if there are any similarities. image

    Dear mike,

    The only sure way of establishing the correct diagnosis is to biopsy one of the lesions; however an experienced dermatologist should be able to confirm the diagnosis without resorting to this.
