Had this for over five years and just keeps getting worse.....what remedies are out there that will work

    Maria nothing cures this disease completely but if you Google 'natural cures for olp ' & foods to avoid for olp there's lots of helpful info. I've given up most foods n drinks coz nearly everything aggravates mouth I just eat mash spuds n vegs and gluten free porridge/ pudding rice with agave nectar !! Boring but essential if I want my mouth to feel ok xxxx

    Hi there fellow sufferer!  I will be 50 this year and I have had it NON-STOP since 1992!  It started with a little bump on the top of my right foot and today I have it on the outside of both ankles, bottom and top of both feet, on my right elbow and I have it Oral as well!  I have found only 1 thing that works.....Predisone, but because it is bad for your liver they will not prescribe to me.  I am allergic to Benedryl and I hear that works for the itching.  If you find something that works for you please pass along....I do find that Vicks Vapor Rub helps to keep the roughness down and helps with the itching as well.

      I am getting good results for olp with CBD oil !! Long may it last xxx
