does anyone have these white flat sores on your skin. I went to the dermatologist and he told me I was covered in these white sores and boy do they itch. if anyone has this can you tell me what you use on them. He told me to use slob but it still don't help with the itch. what would you do for this

hi Brenda, try soaking in borax . it will help you with the itch. go to healing with borax site, it says its good for all skin conditions. janie

i get those when the ls is flaring up. i refer to them as plaque but probably not the correct technical term.
use the clob as prescribed but also moisturize. currently i use a mix of coconut oil, lavendar oil and frakensence. you can also olive oil. read through posts for other ideas you might want to try.
soaking in borax ad mentioned by others helps as well. as far as itch when it gets bad i us vagisil to numb it down there. also at night you can take a Benadryl.

This might sound odd but, I have been itching badly everyday for a long long time, I was using olive oil which helped. About two weeks ago and I hope I am not tempting fate here, I began drinking concentrated cherry juice only 10 mil per day from Natures Best and I have not itched since about a week of starting. The H & B cherry juice did nothing. I take to help with sleep so imagine my surprise when I stopped itching the relief is wonderful and not having to mess about putting things on.
