Lichen planus? Balantis? Dry wrinkly glans with lines

hi everyone, started noticing some redness and almost like circles with white outlines on my glans. after i've had an erection the glans is very wrinkly and dry, i decided to get a sexual health check which came back clear. so the next option was a dermatoligist which i done, i was told it was lichen planus but none of the suggested creams have worked. anyone else had this before?     how did they diagnose you with lichen planus ? biopsy or just looking at the glans ? and did they give creams for it or for other things ?

      just looking at the glans, no biopsy was done. they gave me an steriod cream and told me to try vaseline
