Lichen planus or porokeratosis

hello all,

in my own personal research i was suprised to find a condition that seems to resemble lichen planus called porokeratosis.

after a year of looking in to LP i had never come across this.

it is interesting to find that what is also similar is that western medecine is still in the dark about it, intrestingly the creams etc prescribed are in some areas similar yet in ither aspects quite different.

the prognosis seems very similar.

has anyone expereiced this condition especially in the male genital region?

can anyone share some information/images to better understand it and incorporate any information in to seeking diagnosis and treatment .
