I have sjodens syndrome as well as ls.  I have thinning of the vulva skin and cracks.  I have been dealing with this for a year.  Due to sjodrens I can not use steroids down there.   At my last nerve.   Anyone have any help.

    I too have Sjogrens which is autoimmune and affects tears and all mucous membranes.  I started oil swishing in mouth alternating with coconut oil and sesame oil and find my mouth is not as dry.  Also, take a tablespoon of virgin coconut oil in rolled oat porridge as well as cook with it.
