Hi Alex, it could be a fungal infection or yeast infection but you need to have it checked with your doctor or STI Clinic for a diagnosis. Are you sexually active? And how long have you had it for?

ive notcied the bumps a about a year sgo but its weird because sometimes they disapear and now they're back. so im not sure what they are. yes i am sexually active.

OK you need to see your doctor and have it diagnosed when you have it that long it could possibly be lichen sclerosus but it's had to say. I still think it could be a fungal infection. You are sexually active is your partner a regular one have they any symptoms?

yes been recently i've just noticed more overtime and now a patch has appeared on the head of my penis so that's why i am concerned. no, my partner doesn't have any symptoms.

but, I've read the symptoms of LS and these spots aren't ichy or red. i dont feel them, i can just feel a sort of rough feeling on some of them and other are smooth.

Ok if it's LS you may not have any itching or redness just raised or even flat white patches. it could be lichen Planus as well so you need to have it checked and may need to see a dermatologist.
