Lichen Sclerosis Help

Just got diagnosed with Lichen Sclerosis...I'm 40.......I've had a burning sensation for the last 8 months in the vulvar area going into perineum. nothing seems to help. Intensity comes and goes during the month but it never goes away....I've been put on a cream...clob....but does not seem to help.....is there something else that can help.....no itching.....just a burning sensation......so hard to constantly deal with.

    Give the steroid cream sometime, mine took a good 6 weeks to get symptoms under control.
