I swim in a pool and have no ill effects. I moisturize a bit beforehand as there are a lot of chemicals in the water. Other women have posted that they can't do pools, but maybe their skin is split. I have no problem. No problem in the ocean either.

Hi Edel , I live in Spain and have a pool . Sadly I cannot use do to chemicals I do not have splits but it makes me sore.
I can use the sea which is great. However as LS is so unique to each person it maybe ok for you to try , as we need to carry on with our lives xxx

I swim in a chlorinated pool twice a week and have no ill effects. I shower immediately afterwards and use emuaid as barrier before going in the water.

jane, some women have posted that they sit in water as hot as they can tolerate with borax in it to calm the itch I think, but I can't imagine hot water helping. We are all desperate for what will work.
