My doctor called me and wants to see me tomorrow.
She said I might need steroid tablets if the clob. isn't working!
The stress is a huge problem and she also mentioned anti depressants which I have always avoided! I have to take other medicine and there are contra indications with it. I will try and stay calm and I must get the coconut oil that has been mentioned here.
What else should I buy for this condition? I have the baking soda.
Thank you all.

Stress is a bad one. It makes that your immunity goes down. Personally I wouldn't go for anti depressants. Rather do things to eliviate the stress, if at all possible. And next to avoiding sugar, find foods, smells and activities that calm your system. Perhaps even illiminate all that aggrevates the system: spicy foods, alcohol, caffeine, to name a few. Just try to give your body a break. That all makes that the body is better able to heal itself.
One third of a cup of baking soda in a bath, no more. For rinsing I use a Perin bottle with three pinches of baking soda in it and fill with warm water. After every bathroom visit you rinse your bottom, dab dry and apply coconut oil. (this is next to using Globetasol/steroid. )
Wishing you well.

It makes me ill, in fact, that's probably the main reason I have LP/LS
so antidepressants and counselling for me; which have possibly literally saved my life.
Wise words from here and a radical change in diet, finding the right practitioner and being prepared to do a lot of experimenting and research are all things that take time.
One day you will realise you haven't thought about it for hours! It is beginning to happen for me after nearly a year. When that day happens you are beginning to get your life back. Good luck with your journey, it's a long one and at this point in time it's a never ending one, you must be ever diligent. Worth it though.
Antidrepressants do have side effects of course, as does Prednisone and every other chemical medication you can think of, but you have to weigh it all up in the end. I have many minor side effects from prednisone but I can't use the high dose steroid topically and now I am not crying all day from the pain and burning and depression and am able to sit in my car and travel short distances and see my family and so on. Thats my choice and everyone must make their own.
Thoughts be with you powerwoman.
