What is the best medical marijuana for this particular skin disease? I have just been diagnosed with this particular problem. I need something to reduce the inflammation and the itching, any suggestions?

Are you seeing a Vulval Skin Disorders Specialist Jackie?

i think i read somewhere on this site that CBD oil was not found to be helpful, i can imagine that other forms might reduce the stress, but not the skin issue.
if you've been diagnosed, were you give a script for an ointment? this should give you relief within a few days.

Hi Jackie, I tried cannabis and coconut cream mixed together that I got from the cannabis pharmacy. It really didn't help me, but I keep trying to use it and hoping it eventually will. But I use other creams including Clobestol as well. For two days I had it all looking nice and pink down under, then I had a flare up. LS is so unpredictable. I am going to get some more information from the cannabis pharmacy if there is another crop of cannabis I can try. I was told by one seller to apply the oil directly. Tried that too. I"m not giving up. Google: LS marijuana and skin conditions for more info. This video encouraged me that pot might help: google this video: "cannabis cream helps boy recover."
Good luck!

Honestly, everything doesn't work for everyone. But in my experience if the skin is broken pure Castor oil has helped a lot with itching, but does not calm inflammation.I have been using Black Seed oil that I get from Amazon for pain and inflammation. I have had good results with the Black Seed oil.

Yes...and it is worth noting, that my Derm told me that when you are talking about natural plant based oils (castor, olive, coconut, flax etc.) any individual can have a sensitivity to one, but that doesn't mean you will have a reaction to all. For example, Olive Oil not only doesn't help me, but actually causes itch for me...but coconut is fine. So, if one doesn't work, try another.

I responded but my reply is being moderated. I have tried cannabis with coconut oil. Has not helped thus far, but still exploring other applications.

I find olive oil stops itching for me. I use a dropper bottle and squirt it inside.
