Lichen sclerosus? Allergies? Or yeast?

imagethe pictures aren't super clear but the bumps are slightly raised red and itch as well. can someone please tell me if this looks like an allergic reaction to angel soft tp or lichen sclerosis. I have had cuts in the past as well as dryness bumps and white patches on my perineum. haven't had the cuts or whiteness or super dryness in about 12 months! but the bumps come and go and itch imageas they please.

    looks pretty normal to me, they seem to be normal fordyce spots
