Hi All
Just want to share my success
using citalopram 20mg and to maybe give some inspiration to those who are really struggling. I struggled massively for weeks at first and now I'm working again.
You can do it too trust me, just take each day as it comes and be strong

So glad you're still doing well Larry. That's so lovely to hear. And yes, things always get better and the first few weeks/months of citalopram are only temporary. Keep going everyone.

7 months in here and I too still have the occasional blips. But thinking back to when I was in a vicious circle of anxiety and panic, unable to even breath properly for weeks. I think I've come along way. Always remember how much progress you've made.

Definitely, it's not just our health, the health of lived ones we're now having to consider here, but the economic stability of our country. Livelihoods have been stripped away for many and unfortunately it doesn't look set to change, I've been isolating since coming in contact with someone recently and I absolutely hate it, it's plays havoc on my mental health and that's why so many are struggling to cope at the moment. I guess we just all have to remember we're all in this together and will 100% get through this s**t storm that is 2020.
