Light Beer vs Beer + Water - which is healthier????

Posted , 6 users are following.

Debate here on which is healthier for someone:

1) Drink 32 Oz light beer, perhaps Miller vs. Drink an IPA 16 OZ + equal number 16 Oz water?

my suspicion is the water strategy is better while the calories are essentially a wash, anyone have an opinion?????

I'm not a chemist but water has a different chemical reaction in our bodies than just beer all the time.

Everytime I entered the hospital...I was told it was very BAD for me to just drink beer as I had been doing with no nutrients from food and no rehydration from water.

My sodium levels dropped significantly from my approach of just drinking beer vs. including water or nutrients and I almost caused myself to have a stroke.

SO...drink some water..and or sports drink for the electrolytes.

Water, although too much water can wash out the salt and nutrients from our body.

Without at least 3 pints of water a day and home made soup or smoothies, I would not be here, fact.
