Light head, pains around side and chest + more

I have been experiencing light headiness, tiredness, chest pain that comes and goes (mainly left side of actual breast but sometimes middle of chest aswell as under. when I lay on my back after 30/40 minutes the top of my back feels like it is being squashed and if I roll onto my back in my sleep I wake up in morning feeling like my stomach/guts are all squashed and needs to take shallow breaths for a few mins

This all come about suddenly about 9 weeks ago. I went A&E as it was chest related but after ECG, Chest X-Ray and Blood test all come back fine was sent away and told it was muscular or anxiety. Went to see my GP who put me on cipholexen incase it was a UTI, nothing changed.

Had a blood test for renal profile (UE), Liver Profile (LFT), Bone Profile (BONE), Thyroid (TSH), FBC (F), HbA1c (A1C) and ESR but these all come back fine other than ESR which was at 23 but DR wasn't overly concerned as apparently it isn't that high.

Went on Amoxicillin to see if it was an infection elsewhere and told it prob isnt heart related as i am only 28 years old.

Done the course of amoxicillin but still no difference so went back to DR who prescribed me sertraline and said I was depressed I refuse to take these as I know it isn't depression so ended up back at the Dr's office and saw another Dr who sent me for a Urinary tract ultrasound which all come back fine also but noticed my blood pressure was a touch high (150/95) and gave me some atenlol 25mg, Apparently these are beta blockers to slow the heart and are also good for anxiety, I took one and the next day felt like rubbish so I stopped taking them immediately and went back to the DR who sent me for another blood test this time for Fasting Lipids (FL), LDL, HDL and again ESR but all come back fine (ratio on cholesterol was 3.2) ESR still raised at 22, blood pressure is still sitting about 140/90 but have being put on diazepan to help if it is anxiety, am also waiting for a refferal for a stress test but told it really probably is not my heart as it has been going on for so many weeks and all tests are coming back fine

I know this should reassure me but as I still wake up and have light headiness, still get pain under left breast and round the side, aswell as the squashed organ feeling I am if anything becoming a wreck.

I dont currently work, Im scared to go out incase something happens, my eldest is picking up something isn't right now aswell.

I have also being to ENT who checked my larrynx and pharrynx as I had bought some bloody phlegm up but that also came back clear and was put down a small blood vessel popping where I had stopped smoking several weeks prior.

I am overweight (240lbs, 5ft 10, bmi of 30 odd) and that may be causing this but of course it's now a vicious circle because I am concerned to do much incase my heart gives in which means I cant shift the fat. I am now eating fruit like kiwi, banana, red grape, apple daily aswell as introducing green vegetables like brocolli, cabbage, sprouts as I read these are good for the heart but still not massively helped. I have ordered an air purifier for the home and also stopped smoking about a month ago but still not helped. I have just ordered magnesium tablets which will be delivered tommorow but if anyone has amy suggestions I am all ears

Alao noticed that when I eat a meal such as a roast dinner for about 40 minutes my stomach makes 101 noises, I do also suffer IBS and have done for about 10 years but never felt like this. I dont think it is all linked but I dont know anymore
