Yes i think most of us. Learn to belly breathe, keep hydrated and raw slices of ginger about a half an inch and you can dip it in honey if its too tangy or bitter.nublle it till finished throughout the day.  It helps a lot.

Thanks! I tend to drink a lot of herbal tea to try and stay calm! What does ginger do? May give that a go tomorrow x

Ginger is a Godsend!  Its very healthy, relieves dizzy, helps belly aches, anti inflammation, any viral, anti bacterial..etc..google it. I love this stuff and i use it . I used to eat the candied version until i realized it can be eaten raw or added in juices when you juice and works way faster and better raw. But nibble it and dip in hiney for bitternes. Its bitter.

    Hi Nab

Yes most definatley, As you probably know the list is véry long of physical symptoms from GAD.

The lightheadedness is one of the symptoms that i have been left with but it's getting better.

I am so much better these days but the head thing still lingérs now and again. I was told by the guy when i had CBT that it's normal. A habit my body has got in when i was under high anx last Sept and Oct.

I know ignore it as best as possible and carry on regardless. Foggy head and weird vision is another i had.

    But things do improve.

Mindful meditation was a good one for me . I researched it on Oxford University Studies under healtn.

    Hope this helps a little.

    xxx
