Poor you! I might be wrong, but it sounds as if you have Chronic daily headache syndrome. Alternatively you could be a victim of medication overuse, if you haven't had good help and advice in the past, try looking online at Migraine Action (and join if you can afford it!) It's a very helpful organisation which continually researches new cures, and supports sufferers. I would say your dose of Inderal is low for migraine. I'm on 40 mg twice a day. There are specialist clinics for migraine in London, Oxford and Coventry and probably other towns too. Perhaps you should get your GP to refer you? See what other people say. Good luck!

Are you on any other medications? I had daily headaches for a year or more which I put up with as thought it was a side effect of being on Bisoprolol. I'm on other meds too for RA and one of them can cause light sensitivity. I was put on Propranolol, 40mg 3xday and within days the bad heads had eased right up. Not completely gone but so much better than before.I also experience the other symptoms you mention some of which I put down to the RA some to the meds. It's difficult to know which is which at times though. I would definitely persist with your GP. Good luck with getting to the root cause of your problems.
